SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Each Aire The Pearl piece is handcrafted to order with great care in Transylvania, Europe. Please allow 1–7 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped, depending on the complexity of the item (size, color, personalization).

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within Europe, depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the rates of our partner couriers. Each country has its own shipping policy, adjusted dynamically on our website to reflect accurate shipping fees and estimated delivery times.

All orders are shipped directly from our European atelier in Transylvania, ensuring quality control and safe, tracked delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing Aire The Pearl. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or store credit.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, labels, and tags.

  • If the signature tag (sigil paper) has been removed, the item is considered used and cannot be returned.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at aire.thepearl@gmail.com or office@airethepearl.com to request your Return Form and Return Authorization (RMA) number.
We will email you the necessary return instructions and form, which must be included in your return package.

  • For defective or damaged items, Aire The Pearl will cover all return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (such as change of mind or wrong size), shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will be notified by email once your refund has been completed.

Exceptions

Please note that for hygiene reasons, worn or damaged jewelry cannot be returned. If your product arrived faulty or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
