At Aire The Pearl, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

Conditions for Return

A return and refund will only be accepted if the product:

• is returned in its original, undamaged condition,
• shows no signs of use, scratches, dirt, or damage,
• is sent back in its original packaging, including all accessories,
• has the original jewelry tag still attached.

Please note that removal of the jewelry tag automatically classifies the product as used, and it loses eligibility for return.

All of our jewelry is handmade and created to order. We hand over the products to the courier as soon as 1 day and no later than 7 days after the order is placed. Shipping times and fees vary by country, and the exact information can be found on the shipping page or during checkout.
