A return and refund will only be accepted if the product:

- shows no signs of use, scratches, dirt, or damage,
- is sent back in its original packaging, including all accessories,
- has the original jewelry tag still attached.
Please note that removal of the jewelry tag automatically classifies the product as used, and it loses eligibility for return.
